The bully feels powerful, but as time pass by, it damages they cause will eventually come back and hit them.
Victims are at risk. If the victims are bullied at a really young age, it causes them to develop a sickness, damaging to the brain. It's a long term situation, because as the victim grow older the damaged brain system grows and develop even more. The victims will tend to lose trust in people, becomes afraid, and don't want to continue in life. This picture has a victim and a bully. If the victim does not stand up for their self, then they can face fear for the rest of their life.
Bystander has a risk too. They can be a bully or a victim. Because of witnessing a bully, they can become a victim. Or because of being a bystander, recording or laughing is encouraging the bully, in that case, the bystander is a bully too. This picture shows a bystander recording. If the victim were to died in the scene or get injured, the bully and the bystander will be charged because of the bystander posting up the video. But either way, the bystander is a bully as well, and an evidence.
